Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

Life360, Inc. (the "Company") is aware that Silicon Valley Bank ("SVB") was closed on March 10, 2023 by the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation, which appointed the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") as receiver. On March 13, 2023 (Australian Eastern Time), the Company issued a press release disclosing its exposure to SVB, which the Company did not expect to result in any significant disruption to its operations. Following the Company's initial press release, on March 12, 2023 (U.S. Eastern Time) the Department of the Treasury, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the FDIC jointly issued a press release announcing that all depositors in SVB would be fully protected and would have access to all of their money starting March 13, 2023 (U.S. Eastern Time). Following this announcement, the Company issued an additional press release.
