LAND AND HOUSES Land and Houses Public Company Limited proposed that the annual dividend payment of THB 0.50 per share from 2021's operations and the accumulated retained earnings. However, since the board of directors had agreed and made the interim dividend payment THB 0.25 per share so the balance of THB 0.25 per share (from last months and accumulated retained earnings) will be paid to shareholders on May 20, 2022. The record date to determine shareholders' names for the right to receive the dividend will be on May 6, 2022.
This will be proposed to the Shareholders' Meeting for consideration and approval.
