Kuzbass Fuel Company and the Government of Kuzbass signed an agreement on social and economic cooperation for 2021. On May 19 the Government of the Kemerovo Region - Kuzbass, represented by the First Deputy Governor - Chairman of the Government of the Kemerovo Region - Kuzbass, V. N. Telegin, and the Kuzbass Fuel Company, represented by the General Director of PJSC KTK, B. A. Uzhakhov, signed an agreement on socio-economic cooperation for 2021.
The agreement provides for an increase in coal production in 2021 to 12.8 million tons. In the development of production in 2021, the company will invest 620 million rubles, of which 25 million rubles will be to create safe working conditions. In 2021, PJSC will participate in the financing of socially significant events in Kuzbass, and also plans to supply the supply of 3.5 thousand tons of charitable high-grade coal for low-income groups of Kuzbass.

During the meeting, the parties noted that the agreement on socio-economic cooperation in 2020 on the part of KTK PJSC was implemented.

In 2020, the Kuzbass Fuel Company provided assistance in financing the preparation and holding of events dedicated to the celebration of the Miner's Day, helped with the repair work of the Municipal Educational Institution 'Children's Home No. 5' 'Unity', Mezhdurechensk. It has become a good tradition to provide charitable assistance to the V. P. Romanov Miner's Memory Fund.

In 2020, the company continued to implement social programs aimed at supporting the company's employees and their families, as well as the company's pensioners.

In 2021, KTK PJSC will participate in the financing of socially significant events in Kuzbass, provide financial assistance to the V. P. Romanov Miner's Memory Fund and implement a number of other social projects.

Kuzbass Fuel Company also plans to supply 3.5 thousand tons of charity high-grade coal for low-income segments of the population of the Kemerovo Region in 2021.
