KOYOU RENTIA Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company engaged in the rental business, space design business and product sales business. The Company has three business segments. The Rental Related segment is engaged in the rental of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) and office automation (OA) equipment for construction site offices, events and corporations, as well as the provision of solar power generation systems rental services, information and communication technology ( ICT) environmental maintenance work and interior work, office relocation services and real estate brokerage services, and the storage, maintenance, delivery and sale of rental products. The Space Design segment is engaged in the rental of furniture for condominium galleries, the design and construction of condominium galleries, the interior modification work and condominium renovation work. The Product Sales segment is engaged in the sale of office furniture and equipment to government agencies.
