KOSES Co.,Ltd (KOSDAQ:A089890) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase its own shares for KRW 3,000 million worth of its shares (pursuant to a contract with Yuanta Securities Korea Co., Ltd.). The purpose of the program is to enhance shareholder value and to stabilize stock price. The program will expire on November 18, 2019. As of November 18, 2018, the company had no shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and through other repurchases.
