LDiscovery, LLC announced the promotion of Taffi Schurz to the newly-created position of Vice President of Quality Assurance. Taffi will measure and review performance metrics from each division of the company including the speed and accuracy of the collection, processing and review of electronic data and the response time to client inquiries. Internally, Taffi will have oversight of the company's quality assurance workflow, all with an eye towards continuing to provide a remarkably high level of client satisfaction. Taffi will continue to provide Project Management leadership for complex and company-wide projects. Taffi will also continue to train new technical support personnel in Relativity, spearhead the development of TEDRA.
