FURTHER DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

PLACING OF NEW SHARES UNDER SPECIFIC MANDATE

Reference is made to the announcement (the "Announcement") of Kingkey Financial International (Holdings) Limited (the "Company") dated 21 February 2021 in relation to the Placing, and the announcements of the Company dated 19 March 2021 and 31 March 2021 in relation to the delay in despatch of the circular in relation to the Placing (the "Delay in Despatch Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

As disclosed in the Delay in Despatch Announcements, a circular (the "Circular") containing, among others things, (i) further details of the Placing; and (ii) a notice convening the EGM, is expected to be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 23 April 2021.

As additional time is required for the Company to prepare and finalise certain information to be included in the Circular, it is currently expected that the date of despatch of the Circular will be postponed to a date falling on or before 30 April 2021.
