Kelly Partners Group Holdings provided the following update to the market on its recent corporate development activities. KPGH has commenced a number of new business initiatives which are complementary to its accounting network of 12 offices across Greater Sydney: Kelly+Partners Corporate Advisory (KPCA) As foreshadowed in the fiscal year 2017 result announcement on 24th August 2017, KPGH has recently launched a Corporate Advisory business which specialises in providing trusted, unconflicted advice to private business founders and owners. With over 5,300 SME clients across the Kelly+Partners network, KPCA is well positioned to assist clients with the strategic & corporate advice required to grow and optimise their businesses. To complement the existing Kelly+Partners Wealth Management business, KPGH has launched a specialised fund with a mandate to provide capital to private SME clients. The fund is called the Kelly+Partners Investment Office Special Opportunities Fund #1, and is seeking to raise up to $50 million. The fund will be managed by KPIO, with an authorised subsidiary of One Investment Group appointed as trustee. The investment committee for the fund consists of Brett Kelly (Executive Chairman & CEO), Pauline Michelakis (CFO) and Brendan Lyons. KPGH has recently launched a new business in Auckland, New Zealand. This will be the second Kelly+Partners business outside Greater Sydney, alongside Hong Kong. The primary focus of the New Zealand business is to provide specialist accounting & audit services to existing and new clients of Kelly+Partners. KPGH management sees significant opportunity for revenue growth in the New Zealand market going forward.

Kelly+Partners Corporate Advisory will be led by Brendan Lyons, previously Head of Corporate Development, who also managed the internal IPO process for KPGH. KPGH announced the appointment of Leanne Edmonds as Head of People, Performance & Culture. Leanne previously held the executive role of National Learning & Development Leader for Flight Centre Travel Group Ltd, where she worked for 19 years in various functions across sales, operations and human resources.
