JLL has appointed Richard Booth as head of investor clients in its UK commercial valuation advisory team. Booth has rejoined the business from Knight Frank, where he was joint head of UK funds in valuation advisory. He previously worked at JLL from 1999 to 2010 in the valuation and capital markets team.

At JLL, Booth will head the team that services investor clients' regular valuations for financial statements. JLL recently reshuffled its commercial valuation advisory team, naming Tim Luckman head of secured lending clients and James McTighe as head of sectors.
