Subject of the Disclosure

Notification of the reclassification and removal of position of Chief Human Resources Officer from the List of Corporate Officers of the Company

Background/Description of the Disclosure

In compliance with Sec.17 of the Securities and Regulation Code and SRC Rules, as well as the PSE Revised Disclosure Rules, we herein disclose certain events/information.

During the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on April 19, 2022, the Board approved a resolution to streamline and establish consistency in the list of the Corporate Officers that are reported and disclosed by the Company in its filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") and The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. ("PSE"), and for other disclosures made by the Company to the public. The positions identified in the list of Corporate Officers are limited to the Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer, Corporate Secretary, Assistant Corporate Secretary, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer, effective May 1, 2022.

Mr. Arsenio M. Sabado has not resigned, nor has he been replaced or removed as Chief Human Resources Officer. He still holds and will retain the position of Chief Human Resources Officer even after May 1, 2022, however, the position of Chief Human Resources Officer has ceased to be among those identified in the list of Corporate Officers approved by the Board of Directors. Accordingly, effective May 1, 2022, Mr. Sabado as Chief Human Resources Officer, shall no longer be recognized as a Corporate Officer of the Company for purposes of reports, disclosures and other filings with the SEC and PSE, and other disclosures made to the public.
