Jinhong Gas Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:688106) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase not more than CNY 50 million worth of its shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price of not more than CNY 30 per share.
The repurchased shares will be used for employee stock ownership plans or equity incentives. The plan will be valid for a period of 12 months.
Jinhong Gas Co Ltd, formerly Suzhou Jinhong Gas Co Ltd is a China-based company mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of gas. The Company provides customers with specialty gases, bulk gases and natural gas. The specialty gases include ultrapure ammonia, hydrogen, nitrous oxide, dry ice, silane, helium, gas mixtures, medical gases and fluorocarbons.
