Jiangsu Yabang Dyestuff Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603188) signed a cooperation letter of intent to acquire Xuzhou Kaida Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. on September 6, 2018. The letter of intent does not need to be considered by the Jiangsu Yabang Dyestuff's board of directors and shareholders meeting. Subsequent signing of the formal agreement Jiangsu Yabang Dyestuff will fulfill relevant decision-making approval procedures in accordance with laws and regulations and the Articles of Association.
