～Terra Drone Corporation～
Japan Investment Adviser (JIA) Group started the Private Equity Investment Business in August 2015, and has conducted investment for improving value through "JPE No.2 Co., Ltd.," a PE fund 100% invested by JIA, and so on. We have realized the IPOs of 4 companies so far. (※)
This time, JIA Group invested in Terra Drone Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Terra Drone"), as described below.

1．Purpose of the investment
Terra Drone has business footholds, including Tokyo Head Office, throughout Japan, and develops products and offers solutions in the air mobility field, including drones and flying cars, outside Japan, mainly in Europe and Southeast Asia. In "Drone Manufacturers Ranking 2021*" of "Drone Industry Insights (DRONE II)," a global drone market research agency, Terra Drone was ranked second in the world as an industrial drone service provider. In the measurement field, it received over 2,000 orders for drone-based measurement and inspection from leading general contractors and construction consultants, showing a top-class record in the world. Furthermore, it is developing "UTM [Unmanned Traffic Management]" of drones and flying cars around the world, as the number of national governments that have adopted UTM is one of the largest in the world.
JIA Group agreed with Terra Drone's vision of "evolving the world from the sky," and decided to acquire its shares to support its business expansion.
