Japan Investment Adviser (JIA) Group considers the real estate business as a subject of the next-generation growth strategy. This time, we have newly established "Real Estate Business Department" under Business Development Division, to develop a business promotion system. We will link the functions to create financial instruments, trust business, and marketing inside the JIA Group organically and create new value of the JIA Group.
