Notice of Establishment of JIA Kawano Consulting Co., Ltd.
Japan Investment Adviser Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "JIA") has established "JIA Kawano Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'JIA Kawano Consulting')," a joint subsidiary with Kawano Consul Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Chuo-ku, Osaka; Representative Director and President: Kazuyoshi Kawano; hereinafter referred to as "Kawano Consul"), as described below.
１．Background of the Establishment of JIA Kawano Consulting
■Always be a company contributing to society by offering financial services
Based on the management philosophy of "Always be a company contributing to society by offering financial services," the JIA Group is engaged in the Operating Lease Business, the Renewable Energy Business, the Parts Out & Conversion Business, and other financial solution businesses (M&A Advisory Business, Insurance Agency Business, Private Equity Business, Financial Advisory Business, and Securities Business, etc.).
JIA has established a joint venture with Kawano Consul, which has a track record in "consulting about business succession and capital policy" in order to improve the expertise in consulting about "business succession," which is a current social issue. By utilizing the strengths and various solutions of the two companies, we will support the sustainable growth of enterprises managed by owners who need to conduct business succession in the near future.
2．Services provided by JIA Kawano Consulting
■Business succession consulting services combining expertise and diversity
Kawano Consul has offered consulting services for business succession to over 4,000 companies since it was established in 2000 as a consulting firm specializing in business succession, and is highly evaluated by business owner-operators nationwide. In addition to direct consulting services for business succession, it operates "a training school for successors," holds various seminars, and so on. Accordingly, it has accumulated a great deal of knowledge in solving corporate issues.
We will hold joint seminars with Kawano Consul, to popularize our services and offer consulting services for business succession to clients who need such services.
