Izostal Spólka Akcyjna (WSE:IZS) agreed to acquire Kolb Sp. Z O.o from Stalprofil S.A. (WSE:STF) for PLN 14.5 million on December 12, 2017. In 2016, KOLB had a net profit of PLN 1.22 million.
The transaction is expected to have a positive effect on Stalprofil's financial year 2018 net result of PLN 3.7 million. As of December 12, 2017, Supervisory Board of Izostal has approved the deal. The transaction is expected to be finalized in January 2018.
