ITS Group (ENXTPA:ITS) acquired Insyweb in cash on October 1, 2016. The transaction has been fully financed from cash. Insyweb reported revenues of €2 million for the year ending December 31, 2015. Laurent Bouby and Charlotte Espinet of Grant Thornton acted as accountant for ITS Group. Jean-François Pourdieu, Matthieu Candia, Hugues de Fouchier of De Pardieu Brocas Maffei acted as legal advisor for ITS Group. Morgan Trabelsi of GBA & Associés Corporate Finance acted as financial advisor, Stephane Dayan of Advocacy 4 and Yannick Sala of S2M Associés acted as legal advisor for the sellers. ITS Group (ENXTPA:ITS) completed the acquisition of Insyweb on October 1, 2016.
