General Announcement::Award of Contracts

AWARD OF CONTRACTS

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of ISOTeam Ltd. (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that the Group has secured the following projects, which are worth approximately S$22.33 million in aggregate:

1. 7 Repairs and Redecoration (R&R) projects with a total contract value of approximately S$15.13 million, which are expected to be completed by January 2023;
   One of these projects involves 24 blocks along Geylang, Kallang Bahru and Upper Boon Keng Road.
2. 7 Coating and Painting (C&P) projects with a total contract value of approximately S$2.97 million, which are expected to be completed by December 2023;
3. 2 Addition and Alteration (A&A) projects with a total contract value of approximately S$1.79 million, which are expected to be completed by August 2022;
4. 3 Landscaping (LS) projects with a total contract value of approximately S$1.34 million, which are expected to be completed by March 2024; and
5. 1 Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) project with a contract value of approximately S$1.10 million, which is expected to be completed by January 2022.

The abovementioned contracts awarded are not expected to have a material impact on the earnings per share and net tangible assets per share of the Group for the current financial year ending 30 June 2022.

None of the Directors or controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the contracts secured, other than through their respective shareholdings (if any) in the Company.
