On April 25, 2019, Bailiang Yang resigned from his position as the Chairman of the board of directors and a director of Ionix Technology, Inc. The resignation of Bailiang Yang as a director was not the result of any disagreements between company and Mr. Yang on any matters related to operations, policies or practices. On April 25, 2019, the Board appointed Cheng Li, age 64, as a director and Chairman of the Board. Mr. Cheng Li has participated in the operation and management of the Company since 2015. From April 2013 to March 2015, Mr. Li served as the general Manager and financial controller of Dalian Huanyu Venture Capital Co. Ltd.
