Investa Office Fund is an externally managed real estate investment trust. The Company is an owner of investment grade office buildings. It consists of Armstrong Jones Office Fund and Prime Credit Property Trust (Trusts). The principal activity of the Trusts is to own investment grade office buildings, generating rental and other property income. These properties are either owned directly or indirectly through the ownership of interests in unlisted entities. It invests in office property and office property under redevelopment and construction. Its portfolio of properties include in geographic locations, such as New South Wales, Queensland, Australian Capital Territory, Victoria and Western Australia. Its portfolio includes in banking, finance, insurance, government, legal, car parking, energy and property sectors. It holds over 25 investments located in Central Business District (CBD) markets throughout Australia. The Company is managed by Investa Listed Funds Management Limited.
