Suzuyo Holdings Co., Ltd. signed a share transfer agreement to acquire additional 5.9% stake in Skymark Airlines Inc. from Integral Fund II (A) L.P., managed by Integral Partners Co., Ltd. and Integral 2 Limited Partnership, managed by Integral Corporation for ¥3.56 billion.

Integral Corp is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the equity investment and the management business, as well as other investment-related businesses. The Company is engaged in the establishment and management of private equity funds including investment limited partnerships and limited partnerships primarily for the purpose of investing in unlisted joint stock companies. As the general partner of the private equity fund, the Company manages and operates the fund, receives management fees, and provides management support to the investee companies. The Company is also engaged in the provision of management and financial consulting related to equity investments.
