(Stock Code: 596) FINAL RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2016The board of directors (the "Board") of Inspur International Limited (the "Company") hereby announces the audited consolidated results of the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") for the year ended 31 December 2016 as follows:
Financial highlights for the year ended 31 December 2016Turnover increased by approximately 19.71% compared with 2015 to approximately HK$1,163,170,000.
Profit attributable to owners of the Company during the year was approximately HK$59,893,000, increased by approximately 756.35% compared with HK$6,994,000 in 2015.
Basic earning per share attributable to owners of the Company during the year was approximately HK 6.64 cents, increased by approximately 751.28% compared with HK 0.78 cents in 2015.
The Board recommends the payment of a final dividend HK$0.03 per share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2016 (2015: HK$0.03).
