RESIGNATION OF EMPLOYEE SUPERVISOR

The supervisory committee (the "Supervisory Committee") of Inner Mongolia Yitai Coal Co., Ltd. (the "Company") hereby announces that, the Supervisory Committee received a resignation letter from Ms. Li Cailing on 1 April 2021. Ms. Li Cailing resigned from the position as the employee supervisor of the Company (the "Employee Supervisor") due to her personal career development, with effect from 1 April 2021. Ms. Li Cailing will cease to hold any positions in the Company after resignation.

Ms. Li Cailing has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") and the Supervisory Committee, and there are no other matters relating to her resignation to act as the Employee Supervisor that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board and the Supervisory Committee would like to express their sincere gratitude for the valuable contribution of Ms. Li Cailing towards the Company during her tenure of office as the Employee Supervisor.
