GRESB Benchmark Analysis: Renewed Classification as "Green Star"

• Classified again as "Green Star" in this year's GRESB benchmark analysis
• With 93 out of 100 points, improvement by one point compared to the previous year

Glattpark (Opfikon), 19 October 2022 - Ina Invest participated in the GRESB Real Estate Development Benchmark Analysis again this year. With a GRESB score of 93 out of a possible 100 points, Ina Invest was able to improve by one point compared to the previous year. This puts Ina Invest in the "Green Star" category as a company and portfolio once again.
