The Management Board of Impexmetal S.A. informs that on 10 December 2015 it got the notification from Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik that on 8 December 2015 Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik got a notification from the subsidiary Boryszew S.A. that on 8 December 2015 the company purchased 1,287,915 units of Impexmetal's shares, which has caused the change by more than 1% the share of Boryszew S.A. in the total number of votes in Impexmetal S.A.
As at 7 December 2015 Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik owned directly 1,341,276 units of Impexmetal's shares, constituting 0,670 % of share in the initial capital and indirectly through subsidiaries 111,712,085 units of Impexmetal's shares, constituting 55.856% of share in the initial capital
The possessed shares entitling to 112,737,685 votes at GM, which constituted 56,368 % of the total number of votes at GM of Impexmetal S.A.
As at 9 December 2015 Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik owned directly 853,821 units of Impexmetal's shares, constituting 0.426 % of share in the initial capital and indirectly through subsidiaries 113,000,000 units of Impexmetal's shares, constituting 56,5 % of share in the initial capital.
The possessed shares entitling to 113,853,821 votes at GM, which has constituted 56.9269 % of the total number of votes at GM of Impexmetal S.A.
