Boryszew S.A. (WSE:BRS) resolved to consider possible sale of assets in aluminum processing sector held by Impexmetal S.A. (WSE:IPX) under strategic options review. It says company is also to consider starting talks on terms of carrying out possible transaction in said area.

Impexmetal SA is a Poland-based company active in the non-ferrous metal sector.
