The Management Board of Impexmetal S.A. informs that on 10 December 2015 it got the notification from Boryszew S.A. with the seat in Warsaw that on 8 December 2015 Boryszew S.A. purchased 1,287,915 units of Impexmetal's shares, which has caused the change by more than 1% the share of Boryszew S.A. in the total number of votes in Impexmetal S.A.
As at 7 Decmber 2015:
Boryszew S.A. got directly 103,293,053 units of Impexmetal's shares, constituting 51.65 % of share in the initial capital, entitling to 103,293,053 votes at GM of Impexmetal S.A., which constituted 51.65 % of the total number of votes.
The Boryszew Capital Group got 111,712,085 units of Impexmetal's shares, constituting 55.86 % of share in the initial capital, entitling to 111,712,085 votes at GM of Impexmetal S.A., which constituted
55.86 % of the total number of votes.
As at 8 Decmebr 2015:
Boryszew S.A. got directly 104,580,968 units of Impexmetal's shares, constituting 52.29 % of share in the initial capital, entitling to 104,580,968 votes at GM of Impexmetal S.A., which has constituted
52.29 % of the total number of votes.
The Boryszew Capital Group got 113,000,000 units of Impexmetal's shares, constituting 56.50 % of share in the initial capital, entitling to113,000,000 votes at GM of Impexmetal S.A., which has constituted 56,50 % of the total number of votes.
