ILLA S.p.A.: nuovo ordine da 3,1 milioni di Euro

Procede il processo di diversificazione del business in linea

con la strategia aziendale

Il business con questo nuovo cliente da inizio 2021 supera 4,3 milioni di Euro

Noceto (PR), 18 giugno 2021 - ILLA S.p.A. - azienda leader nella produzione e commercializzazione di pentolame in alluminio con rivestimento antiaderente, quotata al Mercato AIM Italia di Borsa Italiana S.p.A. - procede nel suo piano di crescita e diversificazione del business con un nuovo ordine da 3,1 milioni di Euro da un importante cliente leader mondiale nel settore del cookware. Questa nuova commessa, che si aggiunge al fatturato di 1,2 milioni di Euro effettuato con lo stesso committente comunicato a inizio anno, consolida i rapporti commerciali tra le due società, portando il valore totale del business con questo cliente da 2021 a circa 4,3 milioni di Euro.

Quest'operazione segue le linee di diversificazione del business in linea con la strategia aziendale, per ampliare il proprio business, rafforzando la posizione nel mercato domestico ed entrando maggiormente anche in quelli esteri.

Il nuovo ordine da questo nuovo cliente permette di consolidare una relazione che sta permettendo, insieme ad altri importanti clienti sviluppati a partire dalla seconda metà del 2019, di rimpiazzare il cliente storico IKEA."

Illa produce da oltre 70 anni pentole e padelle in alluminio rivestito di antiaderente. Dal 2010 la produzione avviene nel grande stabilimento di Noceto (PR). L'azienda annovera tra i propri clienti alcune tra le più importanti catene distributive mondiali, per le quali produce prodotti a loro marchio. Oltre al cookware in alluminio antiaderente è anche attiva nella produzione di caffettiere in acciaio e nella distribuzione di una vasta gamma di prodotti per la cucina. Dal 2015 Illa SpA utilizza il brand Giannini, noto marchio del cookware italiano "design oriented". Nel 2017 il Gruppo Illa si è quotato su AIM Italia di Borsa Italiana.

The business with this new customer from the beginning of 2021 exceeds

4.3 million Euros

Noceto (PR), June 18, 2021 - ILLA S.p.A. - leading company in production and selling of aluminum cookware with non-stick coating, listed on the AIM Italia market of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. - is proceeding with its business growth and diversification plan with a new order for 3.1 million Euros from an important world-leading customer in the cookware sector.

This new order, which is added to the turnover of 1.2 million euros realized with the same client communicated at the beginning of the year, consolidates the commercial relations between the two companies, bringing the total value of the business with this customer from 2021 to around 4.3 million Euros.

This operation follows the guide lines of business diversification in line with the corporate strategy, to expand its business, strengthening the position in the domestic market and also entering more into foreign ones.

"The new order - declares Pierpaolo Marziali, ILLA CEO - allows us to add an important step in the process of repositioning our products on the market, at the basis of our strategy to relaunch the company, also investing heavily in innovation, to achieve the turnover targets we have set.

The new order from this new customer allows to consolidate a relationship that is allowing, together with other important customers developed starting from the second half of 2019, to replace the historical customer IKEA. "

ILLA has been manufacturing non-stick coated aluminum pots and pans for over 70 years. Since 2010 the production takes place in the large plant located in Noceto (Parma).

The company counts among its customers some of the most important global distribution chains, for which it produces products under their private label.

In addition to non-stick aluminum cookware, it is also active in the production of steel coffee makers and in the distribution of a wide range of products for the kitchen.

Since 2015 Illa SpA has been using the Giannini brand, a well-known brand of design Italian cookware. In 2017, the ILLA Group is listed on "AIM Italia" of the Italian Stock Exchange.
