BoD Il Sole 24 Ore S.p.A.: Elisabetta Floccari appointed
Financial Reporting Manager
Milan, 1 August 2023 - The Board of Directors met today and resolved, upon approval of the Consolidated Half-Year Financial Report of the 24 ORE Group at 30 June 2023 and subject to the favourable opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditors, to appoint Elisabetta Floccari - Chief Financial Officer of the 24 ORE Group effective from last 17 July - as Financial Reporting Manager.
Based on the notices made to the Company, Ms. Floccari does not appear to hold, to date, whether directly and/or indirectly, any ordinary and/or special category shares of Il Sole 24 ORE S.p.A..
