Ifca Msc Berhad Proposes Final Single-Tier Dividend for the Financial Year Ended 31 December 2023, Payable on 21 June 2024

The Board of Directors of IFCA MSC Berhad announced a proposed final single-tier dividend of 0.5 sen per share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2023 which is subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on May 23, 2024. if approved by the shareholders at Annual General Meeting, will be payable on 21 June 2024 to shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors at the close of business on 7 June 2024.
