the Company for discussion at the regular shareholders' meeting.

(3) The last date before book closure (April 10, 2022) falls on a
holiday,thus the last date and time for transfer of share ownership is
at 5:00 p.m. on April 08, 2022. For those shareholders who hold the
Company's shares but not yet to proceed the transfer, please go the
stock affairs office of the Company in person before Friday, April 8,
2022 for transfer of
share ownership. Transfer must be performed by registered mail before
April 10, 2022 (last day before book closure). For those shareholders
who attend the Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation to proceed the
transfer of share ownership together, the Company's securities agent
will implement the transfer procedures directly according to the data
it provided.
