The board of directors of Ichiyoshi Securities Co., Ltd. at its meeting held on January 30, 2020, resolved on changes of representative executive officers and president of the company as: Hirofumi Tamada as changed from current positions of Executive Officer to the new positions of President, Representative Executive Officer; Toshiyuki Fuwa as changed from current positions of Representative Director & President of Ichiyoshi Business Service Co. Ltd. to the new position of Deputy President Representative Executive Officer. The board directors also resolved the retirement of Minoru Kobayashi as President Representative Executive Officer effective on March 31, 2020; retirement of Shiro Tateishi as Deputy President Representative Executive Officer, effective on March 31, 2020. The company also announced that Mr. Minoru Kobayashi is scheduled to become senior executive officer of the company.
