Announcement of Completion and Result of Acquisition of Treasury Shares
In accordance with the resolution adopted by the Board of Directors of Ichiyoshi Securities Co., Ltd. (the "Company") at its meeting on May 16, 2022, the Company carried out and completed the acquisition of treasury shares as detailed below. The acquisition was made pursuant to Article 156 of the Company Law as applied mutatis mutandis under Article 165-3 of the said law.
The acquisition was made during the two periods: the first period from May 17 to May 31, 2022, (whose result was publicly released on June 14, 2022) and the second period from June 1 to June 20, 2022, (whose result is publicly released today on June 21, 2022).
1. Acquisition result during the second period:
(1)Kind of shares acquired: Shares of the Company's common stock.
Number of shares acquired: 1,120,000 shares.
Total cost of acquisition: 720,302,500yen.
Period for completion of the acquisition: From June 1 to June 20, 2022 (on a trade base).
Acquisition method: Purchase in the market through trustee as agent.

Kind of shares to be acquired: Shares of the Company's common stock.
Number of shares to be acquired: 2,000,000 shares at maximum (equal to 5.5% of the Company's issued shares excluding treasury shares owned).

Period for acquisition: From May 17 to June 23, 2022.
Acquisition method: Purchase in the market through trustee as agent.
3. Total number of shares acquired during the two periods based on the resolution by the Board of Directors (as of June 20, 2022).
