Passing of former Independent non-executive Chairman Sir David Akers-Jones

Hysan Development Co. Ltd. mourns the passing of its former Independent non-executive Chairman, Sir David Akers-Jones.

"After retiring from his distinguished career as a top Hong Kong civil servant, Sir David channelled his energy both into community projects and also into the business world," said Ms. Irene Lee, Chairman of Hysan Development. "Sir David served on Hysan's Board of Directors for more than 20 years, and made invaluable contributions to Hysan with his capable leadership throughout the period."
