SUPPLEMENTARY ANNOUNCEMENT ON INTERIM RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2020

Reference is made to the announcement made by Hung Fook Tong Group Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 24 August 2020 regarding the unaudited condensed consolidated interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the six months ended 30 June 2020 (the "Announcement").

The board of directors (the "Board") of the Company would like to supplement that it does not recommend the payment of interim dividend for the six months ended 30 June 2020 (30 June 2019: nil). However, as set out in the Announcement, a special dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2020 of HK0.90 cent per ordinary share, amounting to a total dividend of HK$5,903,000 was approved by the Board of Directors on 24 August 2020.

The Company confirms that the above clarification does not affect other information contained in the Announcement. Save as disclosed above, all information and contents set out in the Announcement remain unchanged.
