Henan Ancai Hi-tech Co Ltd is a China-based company primarily engaged in photovoltaic glass and natural gas business. The photovoltaic glass business includes research and development, production and sales of photovoltaic module encapsulation glass. The natural gas business includes pipeline natural gas transportation business of the West-East natural gas transmission North Henan branch, as well as conducts the business of the production, distribution, purchase and sale of compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG). The Company conducts its businesses in domestic and overseas markets.
