Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement fromHAV Group ASA ("HAV" or the "Company") of24 May 2023 regarding the continuation of the repurchase program of up to 7,000,000 own shares. The Company may however only acquire treasury shares provided that the total nominal value of the holding of treasury shares does not exceed 10% of the Company's current share capital at any time, as of today corresponding to 3,500,000 shares. The continuation of the repurchase program is based on the new authorizations given to the board by the Company's annual general meeting held on24 May 2023 . The repurchase program can be implemented in the period until the annual general meeting in 2024, but no longer than until30 June 2024 .
