H C SLINGSBY PLC announced that resolution 3, relating to the re-election of John Waterhouse as a director was taken on a poll and was not passed (473,302 against and 9,583 in favour). The votes against included Dominic Slingsby's personal holding. With the departure of John Waterhouse, the Board has appointed Dominic Slingsby as Interim Executive Chairman and Operations Director.
