SANJOSE Portugal will carry out Phase II of the Verdelago Resort, a 5-star hotel located in Castro Marim, Altura, Algarve

Verdelago - Sociedade Imobiliária has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Portugal the Phase II (Lots 21, 22, 23, 29, and 30) of Verdelago Resort, a 5-star hotel project, which involves the construction of 54 housing units of various types, adding to the previous phases of the project where 102 housing units and the 'Clube do Aldeamento' servicing the entire resort were built.
Verdelago is conceived as a seaside tourist village with an area of over 80 hectares in a vast green area with direct access to the beach. It's a luxury resort distinguished by its low building density (8.7%) and its commitment to sustainability and biodiversity preservation. It features various associated infrastructures, support buildings, and a wide range of services and amenities such as a club, gastronomic spaces, pools, children's club, a local products market, sports facilities, etc.
Once fully completed, the project will have 373 housing units. With this new award, SANJOSE will have executed 156 residential units and 38,815 square meters of built Surface.
