Greenpanel Industries Limited announced that Further to intimations dated December 5, 2023, regarding temporary disruptions of operations at the Company's factory located at 97/1, 98/1 & 99/1, Rauthu Suramala, Thottambedu, District - Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, PIN-517642 due to Cyclone Michaung, the company wish to inform that the impact of the cyclone has been brought under control. Normalcy has been restored, and the plant has resumed its operations smoothly since last night. An intimation has been made to the Insurer of an estimated loss of INR 35.0 million.

A surveyor has been assigned, and the survey is currently in progress. The inal loss amount will be determined after the survey. Normalcy has been restored, and the plant resumed operations on the night of December 6, 2023.

The estimated impact of Cyclone Michaung, is approximately INR 35.0 million.
