Ms. Penny Winn has been appointed as an Independent Director of Goodman Limited and Goodman Funds Management Limited, with effect from 1 February 2018. Ms. Winn will also be appointed as a member of the Risk and Compliance Committee and Audit Committee from that date. Ms. Winn is currently the Chair of Port Waratah Coal Services Limited, Non-Executive Director of CSR Limited and Non-Executive Director of Caltex Australia Limited. She has been on the Boards of Quantium Pty Ltd, sass & bide and Greengrocer.com. In addition to her board roles, Ms. Winn has over 30 years of experience in retail, supply chain and digital strategy in senior management roles in Australia and overseas, including as Director Group Retail Services with Woolworths Limited (2011-2015) where she was responsible for leading the Logistics and Information Technology divisions, Online Retailing and the Customer Engagement teams across the organisation. In addition to Ms. Winn's Committee appointments, Mr. Stephen Johns has also been appointed to the Risk and Compliance Committee. The new directors will stand for re-election at the 2018 Annual General Meeting.
