Global Ports Investments Plc entered into an agreement to acquire 25% stake in Multi Link Terminals Ltd Oy and CD Holding Oy.

Global Ports Investments Plc is a holding company. The Company is engaged in the operation of container and oil products terminals in Russia and the Baltics. It offers its customers a range of services for their import and export logistics operations. It operates over five container terminals in Russia; over two container terminals in Finland; inland Yanino Logistics Park (YLP) and inland Logistika-Terminal (LT), which are located in the vicinity of St. Petersburg, and oil product terminal AS Vopak E.O.S. that is located in Estonia. Its segments are Russian Ports, including Petrolesport, Farwater and various other entities, First Container Terminal, Ust-Luga Container Terminal, Moby Dik and various other entities, LP and YLP; Finnish ports, including of container terminals in the ports of Vuosaari and Kotka, and VEOS, including AS Vopak E.O.S., various other entities and the intermediate holding company that own and manage an oil products terminal in Muuga port near Tallinn, Estonia.
