Gibus has purchased more than 2,000 ordinary treasury shares

(Alliance News) - Gibus Spa reported that it purchased 2,024 of its own ordinary shares between Oct. 23 and Oct. 27.

The shares were taken over at an average unit price of EUR10.8317, for a total consideration of EUR21,923.30.

As of today, the company holds 28,675 treasury shares, or 0.6 percent of its share capital.

Gibus' stock is down 3.9 percent at EUR10.00 per share.

Gibus SpA is an Italy-based outdoor design company. It designs, produces and distributes sun curtains, pergolas and related products and services. The Company operates three business lines: Design, High Tech Luxury and Sustainability. The Design business line, the Companyâs core activity, includes pergolas, sun curtains and glass walls.
