Jotwe GmbH made an offer to acquire remaining unknown stake in Geratherm Medical AG (XTRA : GME) for €8.5 per share on April 13, 2022. The offer price of €8.5 per share will be paid in cash. The Management Board and Supervisory Board of Geratherm Medical AG will examine the offer.

The acceptance period begins today, May 11, 2022, and is expected to run until June 8, 2022, unless it is extended. Transfer Partners GmbH acted as financial advisor to Geratherm Medical AG and also prepared a fairness opinion. Manuel Metzner of Baker & McKenzie LLP acted as legal advisor to Jotwe GmbH.

The Healthcare Diagnostic segment provides analog and digital products for measuring body temperature, blood pressure monitors and other products for measuring temperature, as well as related accessories.
