George Kent (Malaysia) Berhad is a Malaysia-based engineering and metering company in the water infrastructure, rail transportation and hospital construction industries. The Company specializes in the turnkey construction of water infrastructure and hospital projects, system work for rail transportation, and operation and maintenance of water treatment facilities. Its segments include Engineering and Metering. The Engineering segment comprises revenue derived from the execution of construction contracts. The Metering segment includes revenue derived from the production, marketing and trading of water-related products and services. The Company also manufactures and supplies water metering products and solutions for household, industrial and plant use. The Company operates hot brass-forging plants in Southeast Asia for the production of internationally certified water meters, and supplies to water authorities in Malaysia and in the ASEAN region.
