Garanti Yatirim Ortakligi AS is a Turkey-based investment trust, engaged in portfolio and asset management. Its investment portfolio primarily consists of gold and other precious metals traded on the domestic and foreign exchange markets, as well as other organized over-the-counter markets. The Company builds up the trust’s portfolio, manages and modifies it when necessary. It builds up the portfolio in a way to minimize the investment risk. The Company continuously follows the developments in security markets, financial markets, institutions and investment trusts in order to take necessary measures regarding portfolio management, and undertakes research for maintaining and increasing the value of the portfolio.
