RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board of directors (the "Board") of Future Bright Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that due to job re-arrangement, Mr. Lai King Hung ("Mr. Lai") has tendered his resignation letter after the trading hours of 23 March 2021 resigning as the deputy chairman and executive director of the Company, both with effect from 25 March 2021, while continuing to be a full-time employee as one of the general managers of the Company. Mr. Lai shall focus his time and work on the daily operations of the Company's food wholesale business in Macau.

Mr. Lai has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board or the Company, and there is no other matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.
