Funai Soken Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") hereby announces that it received from Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. the "Result of primary assessment on the satisfaction of continued listing criteria for a new market segment" dated July 9, 2021 and that the Company has confirmed that it satisfies the continued listing criteria for the Prime Market.
The Company will take procedures to select and apply for the new market segment, after giving careful consideration and making a resolution at its Board of Directors meeting, pursuant to the schedule stipulated by Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc.
