As mentioned in the "Notice Regarding Submission of an Application for the Approval of Deadline Extension for the 175th (Year Ended March 31, 2023) Securities Report," announced on June 30, 2023, Fujikura Ltd. (Fujikura) submitted an application for the approval of deadline extension for submission of the 175th (Year Ended March 31, 2023) securities report, as prescribed in Article 15-2, Paragraph 1 of the Cabinet Office Ordinance on Disclosure of Corporate Information. On June 30, 2023, we have received the approval for the extension of the deadline for submission of this report as stipulated in Article 15-2, Paragraph 3 of the said Cabinet Office Ordinance, as follows.
