FuelCell Energy, Inc Appoints Joshua Dolger as Interim General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Effective June 25, 2021

FuelCell Energy, Inc. appointed Joshua Dolger, the Company's Senior Counsel, to serve as the Company's Interim General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, effective June 25, 2021, while the Company's Board of Directors considers both internal and external candidates to serve as the new General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Dolger, has served as the Company's Senior Counsel since May 17, 2021. Prior to that, from 2007 through March 2021, Mr. Dolger held a variety of legal positions of increasing responsibility at Terex Corporation, a global manufacturer of aerial work platforms and materials processing machinery, including Assistant General Counsel from January 2016 to March 2021.
FuelCell Energy, Inc. is engaged in delivering environmentally responsible distributed baseload energy platform solutions through its fuel cell technology. The Company is a global manufacturer of stationary fuel cell and electrolysis platforms that decarbonize power and produce hydrogen. Its commercial technology produces electricity, heat, hydrogen, and water while separating carbon for utilization and/or sequestration. Its product portfolio is based on two electrochemical platforms, carbonate, and solid oxide. Both platforms can support power generation and combined heat and power applications using a variety of fuels, including natural gas, renewable biogas, and hydrogen. Its Carbonate platforms use a mixture of reforming and electrolysis, while solid oxide platforms can be used for pure hydrogen electrolysis. Its solid oxide platform operates on pure hydrogen fuel.
